Job Responsibilities
  1. Act as a first point of contact for clients, taking ownership of resolving basic queries.
  2. Draft and send communications to clients regarding new products, services, and updates.
  3. Support onboarding of new clients alongside Sales teams, identifying training needs.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent service.
  5. Analyze client queries, extract data as needed, and escalate complex issues.
  6. Assist in producing external client reports in line with business and global standards.
Your Profile
  1. At least 3 years of experience in a Client Services role within Financial Services.
  2. Confident and articulate telephone manner.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  4. Excellent attention to detail.
  5. Strong financial background.
  6. High standards of service delivery and relationship-building skills.
  7. Analytical, organized, with problem-solving abilities.
  8. Experience with project management and monitoring.
  9. Strong verbal communication skills internally and externally.
