Client Services Associate - FTC (Maternity Cover)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service? Do you thrive in a supportive and dynamic team environment? Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team on a fixed-term contract.

Position Details:

  • Title: Client Services Associate
  • Contract: 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover)
  • Location: London, with hybrid working (nearest stations: Euston, Warren St)

Our client values a client-focused approach and seeks a candidate with excellent service skills and a strong understanding of client needs. Prior financial services experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is crucial. The role involves a hybrid work model, comprehensive training, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include:
  • Data Entry: Maintaining system accuracy
  • Client Onboarding & Transfer Agency: Processing applications and facilitating trades
  • AML & KYC: Conducting screening for compliance
  • Dealing & Settlement: Processing events and assisting with cash settlements
  • Cash Management: Bank reconciliations
  • Client & MI Reporting: Producing and distributing reports
  • Client Communications: Ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Enquiry Management: Handling inbound calls/emails and resolving inquiries
