The Role:
Based in the heart of London, our organisation operates a hybrid work model, blending remote and office work. As a new joiner, you will undergo a comprehensive three-week training programme followed by a five-month competency plan, ensuring you have the support to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate data within our systems.
  • Report Generation and Distribution: Assist in creating and distributing client reports.
  • Client Onboarding and Trade Entry: Process new client applications and enter trades.
  • Dealing and Settlement: Handle investment dealing points and assist with cash settlements.
  • Cash Management: Process client payments and support bank reconciliation.
  • Enquiry Management: Resolve client email inquiries using our case management system.
  • Call Handling: Assist clients with their inquiries over the phone.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Support various tasks and projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating meticulous care in all tasks.
