Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Client Services Assistant based out of our Manchester office.

What We Offer:
  • You’ll be working in a brilliant team of Client Services Assistants and Manager, supporting delegates with their Professional Qualification requirements on a global basis.
  • As part of a busy and collaborative team, you’ll work at pace and deliver service excellence.

  • Hybrid working: three days in our modern Manchester offices and two days from home.
We’ll Count on You To:
  • Administer delegate registrations for training courses and exams, ensuring compliance with our Service Levels for both Fitch Learning’s corporate clients and self-funded delegates.
  • Support learners with processing changes and cancellations to exams/programmes, and process bookings.
  • Manage data including confirmations and results through Fitch Learning systems and third-party vendors.
  • Support learners and clients by setting up access to learning platforms, portals, and arranging access to learning materials and textbooks.
  • Support administrative and logistical delivery of learning solutions, including travel and accommodation booking, progress reports, classroom setup, invoicing, and performance reporting.
  • Respond professionally and efficiently to learner and client queries via various communication channels, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Follow established processes and policies to ensure bookings and invoices are accurate and issued on time.
What You Need to Have:
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment managing conflicting priorities across email, phone, and internal requirements.
  • Experience in a high-volume role with defined Service Levels and tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and familiarity with communication systems like Zoom/WebEx.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills, including handling challenging conversations.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
  • Experience in the financial services or learning industry.
  • Experience using ZenDesk and Live Chat/Instant Messaging.
  • A proven track record of meeting SLA targets and building positive client relationships.
