Client Service Administrator

About the role

We’re currently seeking a central Client Services Administrator to work across our Accountancy & Advisory Service, ensuring efficiency and consistency of service delivery to the team and our clients.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and an interest in continually improving both the service provided to the firm and the work carried out in the team.

Working as part of a friendly, central team, you will be joining Bishop Fleming at an exciting time as we introduce new systems to enhance our effectiveness.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Administering client onboarding and maintenance procedures, ensuring forms are completed, letters issued, and systems updated, including AML checks.
  2. Liaising with the client delivery team to ensure work is scheduled and delivered on time.
  3. Administering client disengagement procedures, ensuring forms are completed, letters issued, and systems updated.

About you

  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced IT skills.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Understanding of data protection requirements.
  • Professional services experience is desirable.
