Juice is excited to be supporting a well-known Financial Services Company based in Bath City Centre, in their search for multiple Client Services Administrators to join their friendly team.

The role has arisen due to ongoing growth and sustained new business. As a CSA you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Adviser businesses and networks, dealing with all enquiries and requests in an efficient manner.

Situated within Operations you could be working within several teams including transfer ins, transfer outs, investment admin, and tax. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 from home as well as the opportunity to increase your salary through regular performance-based reviews.

DAY TO DAY:
  • Providing a high level of customer service to IFAs and clients ensuring any queries and requests are dealt with
  • Handling and resolving complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing New Investments accurately
  • Helping out with administrative aspects of the platform across multiple product wrappers
  • Ensuring all application processes are accurate and complete, meeting daily deadlines
  • Liaising with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation e.g. banks and building societies
  • Data cleansing of systems and client databases as and when required
  • To participate in team projects as and when required
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
  • Previous experience in Financial Services or a similar regulated environment is desirable
  • Excellent customer-facing and customer service abilities
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable interest in economics and financial services
  • Highly organised with great communication skills
  • IT Literate
