Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in luxury five-star hospitality and/or Michelin-standard food and beverage environments.
• Experience supervising hospitality teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Strong IT literacy.
• Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food and beverage operations, including ordering, preparation, stock control and presentation standards.
• Monitor daily service delivery and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure front-of-house and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Support compliance and audit readiness across health & safety, food safety and financial processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and visitors.
• Support the planning and delivery of client events, while assisting with administrative duties and deputising for the Client Service Manager when required.
