Job summary

J.P. Morgan Payments is seeking an Associate Client Service Account Manager to maintain and enhance service for top tier Treasury Services Clients in Bournemouth. You will strive for 100% client satisfaction by addressing service and operational issues and identifying opportunities.

You will develop partnerships, act as trusted adviser, and support cross-functional teams to deliver efficient payment solutions while promoting self-service tools and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and broadens partnerships with Clients; understands Clients' business to predict their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Becomes the Clients' trusted adviser
• Assists in developing and executing strategic Client plans
• Promotes use of self-service tools to reduce number of Client enquiries
• Analyses payment and associated activities to identify efficiencies and cross sell opportunities
• Promotes sharing of experience and best practice across the Service team
• Identifies opportunities for product development and enhancement
• Develops internal partnerships (e.g. Sales, Operations, Product, WSS)
• Records all Client interactions (e.g. calls, meetings, issues, proactive communications)
