Job summary

AlphaSights in London offers an Associate Program in Client Service where you connect clients with experts and manage multiple projects daily. This is a communications-intensive frontline role requiring you to multitask across parallel workstreams.

You will use AI-powered sourcing tools, develop commercial and client-management skills, and have a clear career path to Manager after 24–30 months and to Vice President after ~5 years.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and French or C2 level is required; experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, including screening and negotiating with experts to match client requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map industry value chains and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding project and market context and the regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
