Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a fixed-term role (September–December). Hybrid work with 2 days in the Hemel Hempstead office, 35 hours per week, reporting to the Supervisor, Inside Sales. The team supports UK and European clients, including major retailers, to grow gift card programs.

The role focuses on expanding and nurturing our client base for bulk gift card purchases, requiring sales experience, strong communication, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with ability to meet targets.

• Strong customer interaction via phone and email.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects via phone, email and digital channels to promote bulk gift card solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and adapt to market trends.
• Understand customer needs and tailor CashStar offerings to maximize sales.
• Monitor platform activity and assist with account/sales queries.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and sales to resolve issues.
• Adhere to company policies and best practices while staying updated on legislative changes.
