Job summary

Office Angels Limited is seeking a Client Retention & Renewals Executive in Gateshead to own the renewal journey for an established UK client portfolio. You’ll conduct professional meetings, navigate pricing discussions, and secure renewal outcomes with decision-makers.

This commercial role requires relationship-building and strong communication to protect valuable client partnerships while delivering an excellent customer experience. Hybrid work applies after qualifying service.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success, client retention or contract renewals.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and manage commercial conversations.
• Comfort discussing contracts, pricing and renewal options.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (MS Dynamics or similar) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of UK clients and renewals.
• Lead renewal discussions with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct professional client meetings via video and telephone.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Identify renewal risks and propose commercially appropriate solutions.
• Maintain renewal pipeline and CRM records to achieve retention targets.
