Qualifications

• IMC qualification or willingness to complete within 6 months
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to engage with clients
• Ability to deliver high-quality relationship support and respond to client queries
• Professional, proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Team-player with strong organisational skills and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Relationship Management team in achieving sales distribution targets through proactive client engagement and high-quality relationship support.
• Build and develop strong relationships with existing clients and key contacts, identifying opportunities within prospective firms.
• Act as a key point of contact for client queries, delivering timely, professional responses via telephone and email.
• Develop an understanding of client needs to provide personalised service that enhances satisfaction and retention.
• Promote RLAM's products and investment capabilities across asset classes and markets.
• Coordinate client activity with Relationship Managers, support meetings/events, and ensure a seamless client experience.
