Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join the Strategic Partnerships team in London. You will manage and grow relationships with institutional clients, lead cross-selling opportunities, and support product launches through seed capital negotiations.
You will collaborate with Head of Strategic Partnerships, coordinate complex change activities, and ensure exceptional client service while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk controls.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Relationship Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team within RLAM's Client Group. This is a highly visible role focused on managing and developing relationships with some of RLAM's most significant institutional strategic partners, driving client retention, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and supporting business growth.
Working closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, providing exceptional relationship management, leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, and coordinating complex change and transition activity. You will also play a key role in supporting new product launches through seed capital negotiations and ensuring clients receive a consistently high standard of service.
Success in this role requires outstanding relationship-building skills, strong technical and market knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently while taking ownership of a designated client portfolio. You will be motivated by delivering excellent client outcomes and helping to build enduring partnerships that support long-term business success.
