Job summary

Artisan Partners is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to manage the EMsights Capital Group client experience from onboarding through the lifecycle, collaborating with the Business Leader on engagement and growth initiatives that strengthen relationships and deliver measurable value.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially minded, and relationship-driven, with strong CRM and analytics skills, capable of translating usage data into targeted outreach and identifying opportunities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client service, client relationship, or onboarding in investment management
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Interest in financial markets with curiosity about global developments
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the client experience from prospect onboarding through the client lifecycle with a high-quality experience
• Proactively manage client renewal processes and coordinate contract terms with internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts and users across assigned accounts
• Conduct regular client check-ins and strategic reviews to understand priorities and reinforce value
• Monitor client engagement, usage, and relationship metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop proactive engagement plans for accounts showing reduced activity or retention risks
• Share investment content, insights, and market perspectives to maintain engagement
• Coordinate cross-functional follow-up to support timely resolution of client needs
• Prepare client engagement summaries and relationship updates for leadership
• Support outreach initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention, and business development
