This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. You will be based in the South Oxfordshire office five days a week, with some ad hoc home working as needed and at the discretion of the Manager.

If your focus is more on administration, you can help improve processes and eventually progress to an Office Manager role as the team expands. However, the primary requirement is a willingness to handle administrative tasks.
This is a client relationship role, requiring strong networking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage your workload independently. You should be curious, eager to learn about clients, and enjoy human interaction. Proven experience in office administration support, including diary and email management, data gathering, letter writing, client servicing, and meeting scheduling, is essential. You should be organized, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing a varied workload.
