As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in understanding, managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to our continued success.

What we’re looking for

  • A graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant UK work experience post-graduation, ideally in account management, client services, or a related role within the creative or design sector.
  • Proven expertise in managing client relationships, with the ability and confidence to build trust, credibility, and rapport at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, enabling you to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively and to thrive in a small team.
  • Experience in managing creative projects (especially for B2B clients), including brand building, brand communications, web design and build and digital marketing.
  • A strategic thinker who can identify client needs, align them with our services, and work with our in-house design and digital teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to delivering excellence.
  • An interest in exploring how we can work together more sustainably and responsibly.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients for all their brand-building needs, providing clear, effective communication that builds strong relationships through mutual respect.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams to deliver the best possible client outcomes, on time and within budget.
  • Proactively and strategically identify opportunities to grow client accounts, introducing new services and solutions to drive mutual success.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Represent WDC with professionalism, creativity, and a client-centric approach that reflects our values.
