About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Account Manager to join the industry-leading EAP and OH provider, Health Assured. Supporting over 80,000 organisations and 15 million lives across the UK & Ireland, Health Assured is committed to providing high-quality wellbeing services and assistance programs to businesses and employees.

If you have experience in Account Management, Retentions, or Contract Renewal, we would love to hear from you! You should have a proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs, with a passion for delivering excellent client care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of around 100 clients, developing and nurturing relationships to ensure understanding and support for promotion and revenue growth.
  2. Conduct virtual review meetings, presentations, and attend occasional on-site client events.
  3. Negotiate renewal terms, liaise with clients and intermediaries, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  4. Identify opportunities for upselling and new business, targeting £10,000 per quarter.
  5. Achieve at least 3 new client wins per quarter.
  6. Provide feedback to senior management to enhance service offerings.
  7. Maintain high standards of customer service and support the sales and bid teams.
  8. Update weekly renewal and activity reports, highlighting at-risk clients and opportunities.
Candidate Profile
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially aware with excellent communication skills.
  • Energetic, committed, flexible, and target-driven.
  • Proven experience working with KPIs.
  • IT skills; driving license is desirable but not essential.
