Job summary

Which? is seeking a Client Relationship Executive in Cardiff on a hybrid basis, with Wednesdays in the office. You will be the main contact for a portfolio of Which? Trusted Trader businesses, helping them make the most of their endorsement and supporting them to become Champions of the scheme.

You will educate, support and inspire businesses to build trusted relationships and reduce consumer harm across the UK. The role features a 35-hour week, generous holiday, and a strong pension scheme.

Thisrole offers a competitive salary, hybrid working in Cardiff with [Wednesdays weekly in the office], 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

Salary: 25,000 - £26,520 per annum

Which? is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our team. You'll be the main contact for a portfolio of Which? Trusted Trader businesses, helping them make the most of their endorsement.

Your role will be to educate, support and inspire these businesses to become Champions of the scheme. You'll build trusted relationships and help reduce consumer harm across the UK. How does that sound for making an impact?

• Acting as the main contact for your portfolio of accounts, providing excellent customer service through calls and emails
• Supporting endorsed businesses to make the most of their endorsement and helping to retain accounts
• Managing any compliance issues to protect the integrity of the scheme and reduce consumer harm
• Taking part in your own development and working as part of the team

The interview process:

1.5 hour interview including a 20 minute roleplay with hiring manager and a member of Trusted Traders leadership team
