Flotek Group in Pencoed, Bridgend is seeking a Client Relations Manager / Sales Administrator to lead customer relations and support sales processes. You will manage key accounts, handle orders, and coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a base salary of GBP 27,500 plus commission, equity options, and holiday entitlement, reflecting our growth trajectory.

• IT and Comms knowledge preferable but not essential.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts.
• Complete Regular account reviews.
• Upsell and cross sell products and services into existing customers.
• Deal with sales orders for existing clients.
• Analyze product penetration and seek ways to increase customer footfall.
• Renew customer contracts.
• Increase profitability across the customer base.
• Ensure customer retention: meeting minimum renewal objectives.
• Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service day-to-day.
• Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
• Deal with inbound customer account queries.
• Help customers review their latest technology requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact and build long:term relationships with customers
• Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts
• Complete Regular account reviews
• Upsell and cross sell products and services into existing customers
• Deal with sales orders for existing clients
• Complete regular analysis of our customers product penetration and look at ways to increase the footfall across our base
• Resign customer contracts
• Increase profitability across the customer base
• Ensure customer retention : meeting minimum renewal objectives
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day:to:day basis
• Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams
• Deal with any inbound customer account queries
• Help customers with reviewing their latest technology requirements
