Job summary

Ingram Content Group in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Client Relations Leader to manage day-to-day operations of the IPS UK Client Relations team and oversee a subset of client publishers. You will foster strong client relationships and coordinate cross-functional activity to meet publisher needs.

The role requires guidance on publishing programmes, collaboration with IPS sales, and mentoring the UK team. Strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6 years of client management/relations experience and/or relevant publishing experience.
• 1 year of supervisory or project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client publishers and Ingram, handling communications and catalogs.
• Evaluate client expectations and align Ingram’s capabilities accordingly.
• Guide publishing programmes and individual titles.
• Collaborate with IPS sales on outreach and sales projections.
• Plan semi-annual client conferences with IPS teams.
• Lead and mentor the UK Client Relations team.
• Educate clients on metadata, marketing, Lightning Source, and digital sales.
• Manage deadlines, catalog updates, and marketing materials.
• Support brand marketing strategy with cross-functional input.
