Job summary

Priory Group in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking a Client Referral Co-ordinator to join our Customer Service Centre. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, explaining treatment options and guiding clients through next steps.

You will record information according to GDPR, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and help arrange NHS funding where needed. The position requires empathy, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with vulnerable people.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Confident using systems to accurately record information.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from people making initial treatment enquiries.
• Explain available options and help navigate next steps.
• Record client information in line with GDPR and liaise with stakeholders to support access to treatment.
• Support arrangement of funding for NHS services.
