East of England Community Health & Care NHS Trust is expanding its Single Point of Contact team for the Luton area. This non-clinical role supports clinicians by triaging referrals, handling calls and emails, and ensuring timely delivery of patient care.

• Non-clinical role with full training provided.
• Able to handle high-volume calls and maintain accuracy in administration.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and perform initial screening to route to the appropriate clinician.
• Input and upload new referrals into System One; complete triage templates.
• Liaise with clinicians and communicate appropriate referrals to adult clinical services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry while upholding confidentiality.
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement.
