Optimal Maintenance Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Client Project Manager to win new clients, convert enquiries into work and grow long-term relationships in property maintenance and refurbishment.

You will own your client portfolio from identifying opportunities to delivering profitable projects, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring timely payments. They expect strong sales drive, trade knowledge and a proactive AI mindset to streamline processes.

Competenze

• At least two years’ experience in property maintenance, refurbishment or a closely related trade services business.
• Track record of winning work, converting quotes or growing client accounts.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to approach new clients and develop repeat business.
• Confident negotiation skills and a sound understanding of pricing, costs and profit margins.
• Practical knowledge of property maintenance and refurbishment trades.
