Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in property maintenance, refurbishment or a closely related trade services business.
• Track record of winning work, converting quotes or growing client accounts.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with client-focused approach.
• Open to learning AI-driven processes and automation in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Win work and grow client accounts through outbound sales, referrals and networking.
• Convert inbound enquiries into booked work with proactive communication and persuasive proposals.
• Own the client experience and oversee project delivery from start to finish.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers for surveys and inputs as needed.
• Manage invoicing, profitability and payments, ensuring timely settlements.
