Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance, property-services or comparable operational team.
• Strong leadership, planning, coaching and performance-management skills.
• A clear understanding of sales, marketing, conversion, client retention, job costs and margins.
• Demonstrable workplace experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools responsibly and effectively.
• Confidence with operational data, spreadsheets, CRM and job-management systems.
• Clear communication, sound judgement and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own operational delivery and drive performance against targets.
• Coordinate enquiries, estimating, quote follow-up, authorisations, bookings and field delivery.
• Set priorities, owners and deadlines balancing client commitments and value.
• Control backlogs, delays, materials and subcontractor risks.
• Plan and drive performance with measurable targets and actions.
• Lead, coach and develop the team with daily meetings and coaching.
• Understand pricing issues and drive revenue, quotes, productivity and margins.
