Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Client Project Lead to support two strategic accounts across the UK & Ireland. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, act as the main liaison between customer stakeholders and internal groups, and lead governance, meetings, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, proactive problem solving, and driving improvements to elevate customer satisfaction across major accounts.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating strategic initiatives across the established client accounts.
• Acting as the central point of contact between customer stakeholders and Diversey’s internal teams.
• Planning and facilitating regular customer review meetings, tracking actions, and ensuring successful delivery of commitments.
• Coordinating product and service rollouts with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams.
• Managing project governance, timelines, communications, and reporting.
• Supporting complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
• Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
