Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a proactive Project Co-ordinator to support busy project environments in Hatfield. You will coordinate day-to-day activity, maintain plans and trackers, and ensure actions, risks, and milestones are visible and followed through.

Key duties include preparing meeting materials, updating status reports, and supporting communication across teams. You will need strong organisation, attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft 365 apps.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project co-ordination or PMO/support role.
• You are highly organised and can manage multiple activities with deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication across teams and countries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools for tracking, reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activity, keeping plans and milestones on track.
• Maintain project documentation including action logs and RAID logs.
• Prepare agendas, gather inputs, record actions and follow up with owners.
• Track progress, highlight blockers and elevate risks where needed.
• Support managers, trainers, and operational teams with updates and governance.
