Job summary

Ebury is seeking a Sales/Client Servicing professional to manage a portfolio of 300 corporate clients, trading online through our EBO platform. You will understand each client’s FX needs and business activity, promoting Ebury as the primary platform for trading and international payments.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and the capacity to liaise across internal teams to deliver best-in-class service and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Passion for sales/client servicing with FX knowledge is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Experience with MS Excel and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 300 clients trading online via the EBO platform.
• Understand clients' FX needs and activity to tailor solutions.
