• Understanding of Banking operations and Client Operations at a granular level.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting payments and banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for corporates, wealth management clients, group entities and internal departments.
• Adhere to SLA and accuracy targets for payment processing and end-of-day queues.
• Manage payment positioning and postings, with timely email handling and invoicing support.
• Handle retail deposits processing and speak with clients professionally.
• Support Debit Card applications and related processes for customers.
• Contribute to investigations and complaint reporting, with cross-department collaboration.
• Assist with testing of system upgrades and patch sets for UK and Paris operations.
