Zenith Bank (UK) Limited is seeking a talented Digital Products Analyst to optimize our digital banking suite. You will analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market trends to drive adoption and inform product decisions across mobile, online banking, payments, and lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a Product Analyst, Digital Analyst, Business Analyst, or Digital Product role.
• Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, GA4.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in digital banking products including Current accounts, Savings products, Cards, Lending, Payments, Open Banking.
• Understanding of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty principles.
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing tools.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or statistical modelling.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Productboard.
• Customer-centric mindset, Critical thinking, Collaboration and teamwork, Stakeholder influencing, Problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Product Performance & Analytics: monitor and analyse digital banking products and journeys.
• Customer Experience: analyse interactions across mobile and online platforms and conduct funnel analysis.
• Product Development Support: gather requirements, document user stories, support roadmaps.
• Data & Insights: work with data teams to extract data and run analyses; support A/B testing.
• Regulatory & Risk: ensure compliance with UK banking rules and GDPR.
