Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking a Product Manager with a technical or engineering background to own a key product portfolio in a remote UK role. You will shape product strategy, drive launches, and deliver market-leading solutions for utilities and infrastructure sectors.

You will work closely with Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Leadership to identify opportunities, align roadmaps, and ensure customer value while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management or related roles in an engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical products, valves, fittings, fluid control.
• Commercially aware with experience managing product performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical or engineering background with project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the product portfolio, driving growth, profitability and market share.
• Create and deliver product strategies and roadmaps aligned to customer and business requirements.
• Lead new product launches, ensuring successful introduction to the market.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to maximise product performance and customer value.
• Act as the product specialist, providing technical and commercial support to customers and colleagues.
• Develop and deliver product training to improve product knowledge across the business.
• Support continuous improvement by driving product enhancements and resolving product-related issues.
• Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and specifications.
