Job summary

oomi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client software implementation projects across the UK. You will own delivery from mobilisation to go-live, coordinating with Business Analysis, Engineering, Data, QA and delivery teams.

This role requires proactive problem solving, strong governance around risks and dependencies, clear status reporting, and the ability to challenge assumptions while keeping projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience delivering software, SaaS or digital implementations.
• Strong ownership, governance and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own client implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Build and maintain realistic project plans and delivery schedules.
• Define scope, objectives, responsibilities and success criteria.
• Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Manage risks, actions, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Monitor budgets and resources.
• Run effective project meetings with clear status reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes.
