Job summary

Knight Frank Services Company Limited is seeking a Client Operations Manager to join the Commercial Business Development team on an 18‑month fixed term contract. The role focuses on shaping how the Business Development function operates, improving operational effectiveness, and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will partner with the Head of Business Development and senior stakeholders to translate priorities into practical plans, scalable processes, and successful results in a fast-moving

Qualifications

Experience delivering business improvement programmes and change initiatives.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive momentum across projects.
Strong governance, process improvement and organisational effectiveness.
Commercial awareness with budgeting and planning exposure.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable with CRM and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Drive business improvement initiatives from concept through to implementation.
Enhance processes, governance and operating models across the function.
Develop performance reporting and ROI measurement frameworks.
Support strategic client development initiatives and data-driven decision making.
Engage stakeholders and drive adoption of new ways of working.
