Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Bournemouth is seeking an IMOS Client Operations Associate to support post-trade delivery and client service. You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve inquiries and ensure timely service outcomes.

You will monitor SLAs, provide oversight, perform trend analysis, and contribute to process improvements, reporting, and onboarding activities within a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment operations, post-trade, or middle office environments.
• Knowledge of product areas such as equities, fixed income, FX, or derivatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy under deadlines.
• Experience in root-cause analysis and guiding resolution with partners.
• Clear communication with clients and stakeholders, including in escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client queries, requests, and escalations across post-trade workflows.
• Coordinate with teams to meet SLAs and client expectations.
• Perform daily oversight checks and escalate issues to partners.
• Prepare and deliver recurring client reporting aligned to service measures.
• Support incident management, tracking and closure follow-up.
• Participate in client meetings and track action items.
• Conduct trend analysis to identify control improvements.
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, and vendors to resolve breaks.
• Monitor market changes and assess operational impacts.
• Support onboarding activities for fund/product launches.
