Job summary

Citi London is seeking an Client Onboarding Analyst to support the Wealth Operations Unit in onboarding and maintaining client accounts, reviewing documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves collaboration with Front Office, Legal Partners, and Credit teams to drive accurate and timely processing.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of handling high-volume, time-sensitive tasks in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level qualification.
• Entry to early-career level within Financial Services, Banking Operations, Wealth Management, Legal Administration, or Loan Operations.

Responsibilities

• Review, authenticate, and process account maintenance records, signature verifications, reference letters, collateral agreements, and system updates.
• Ensure accurate handling of legal deeds, credit lodgements, and banking records while managing multiple priorities and daily cut-offs.
• Deliver timely and accurate delivery of account maintenance and credit documentation, and respond to inquiries from internal partners.
• Manage day-to-day account maintenance and documentation processing, including in-process, pended, and exception activities.
• Coordinate UK banking, cheque processing, and clearing support, including multi-currency cheque clearing and payment operations.
