Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking an Implementation Team Lead in Edinburgh to oversee a high-performing team responsible for onboarding new clients to Clearwater's SaaS platform. You will manage performance, identify learning opportunities, and act as an escalation point, applying domain expertise in investment accounting to ensure successful transitions for asset managers, insurers, pension funds, and more.

Qualifications

Experience leading implementation or delivery teams in finance/fintech onboarding.
Strong knowledge of investment accounting or investment operations is preferred.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, train, develop, and retain a team of Implementation and Delivery professionals.
Sponsor client onboardings and oversee successful delivery.
Conduct regular 1-on-1s and biannual performance reviews for growth.
Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions across teams.
Use Salesforce, Workday, and Power BI to monitor and drive team performance.
