Are you an experienced Real Estate Insurance professional eager to deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding client needs and providing outstanding solutions?

Are you comfortable managing client portfolios, including multinational accounts, acting as an advisor for technical inquiries, and supporting Client Directors in strategic and financial management?

What the day will look like

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing collaborations within Aon to deliver value-added solutions and improve client experience.
  • Providing technical advice on risk transfer, policy coverage, and lender requirements.
  • Overseeing broking and carrier marketing for optimal client outcomes.
  • Adjusting client service plans based on feedback.
  • Developing growth opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the insurance market and underwriters.
  • Engaging in training and development to enhance knowledge and service delivery.
  • Leading and supporting account handlers’ career development.
How this opportunity is different

This is a fantastic chance to join our Major and Complex Client group within the Real Estate practice during a growth phase. We seek experienced Real Estate Account Executives or Client Managers, but are open to impactful client-facing Account Handlers ready to advance.
