Job Description

We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn £12.21 an hour. Once established, annual earnings of over £30K are achievable.

Role Responsibilities
  • Complete training to handle telephone inquiries, assisting customers within your knowledge and company procedures.
  • Use judgment to review proposals, act within your authority, and consult trainers when needed.
  • Record all customer interactions accurately on the company system.
  • Maintain follow-up notes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Follow the complaints procedure if applicable.
  • Inform customers of relevant insurance details and conditions.
  • Process credit card payments and manage policy start/renewals as per procedures.
Pay and Progression

Starting at £12.21/hour, with potential to increase by £5,000 within the first year through bonuses and overtime. Once established, annual earnings can exceed £30K including bonuses and overtime, with bonuses up to £350/month based on performance.
