Job summary

TPF Recruitment is seeking a Client Manager to join the Bookkeeping and Outsourced Finance team in Uckfield. You will manage client relationships, lead a bookkeeping team, and oversee service delivery across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates are AAT/ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience, with strong bookkeeping and VAT knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Role involves client management, process improvement and business development.

Qualifications

• Qualified by AAT, ACCA or ACA, or qualified by experience.
• Experience in an accountancy practice and bookkeeping.
• Strong VAT knowledge and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Lead and mentor a team of bookkeeping professionals.
• Review bookkeeping, management accounts, CIS and VAT returns.
• Oversee workflow, deadlines and quality standards.
• Support client onboarding and business development initiatives.
• Review timesheets, billing and recoveries; ensure efficient processes.
