Aon is recruiting a Client Manager to join the Offshore Construction team within the Natural Resources division of our Global Broking Centre. The role covers day-to-day account management, client meetings, and placement advisory across Lloyd's, company markets, and related facilities.

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home and from our London office, with opportunities to contribute to client retention and growth initiatives within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry preferred (Energy experience beneficial)
• Proficient in IT systems and data handling
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of compliance and regulation
• Desire to manage client relationships and deliver service excellence

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management with direct clients and/or network
• Conduct client meetings and present terms to client/network
• Coordinate insurer and underwriter meetings and relationship development
• Review and create underwriter submissions and MRC drafts
• Provide informed placement advice to clients
• Assist and/or deliver tenders and resolve invoicing queries
• Support day-to-day functions and growth of Offshore Construction team
• Adhere to the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and training requirements

Aon is currently recruiting a Client Manager to join the Offshore Construction team within the Natural Resources division of our Global Broking Centre.

The role is accountable for the day-to-day running of the account (service) and can include specific objectives for client retention, new existing and new/new business development.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like

• Client relationship management (direct clients and/or network)
• Client meetings
• Insurer and underwriter meetings and relationship development
• Present terms to client/network
• Review / create underwriter submission
• Review / produce draft/final MRC
• Providing placement advice to clients
• Assist and/or deliver tenders
• Review & resolve invoicing queries
• Support development goals and day to day functions of Offshore Construction team
• Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of required training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
