Qualifications

• Growth mindset and Construction expertise in major capital projects plus Tier 1 & 2 contractor insurance experience are essential.
• A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the major clients and insurance carriers in this sophisticated niche of construction insurance.

Responsibilities

• Unlock mega-major capital projects and Tier 1 & 2 contractor opportunities using market knowledge to position Aon as risk partner.
• Develop tailored revenue proposals using insights from similar clients and services.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Broking, and international Aon offices to ensure delivery against the proposition.
• Shape and contribute to client service propositions with customization, quality control, and presentation materials.
• Work closely with Claims colleagues to build a differentiated Claims proposition for each client.
• Build strong internal relationships across Client Management, Client Services, and specialist teams to select the right experts for each prospect pitch.
• Ensure full compliance with Aon Business Rules, FCA regulations, and statutory requirements.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Unlock Mega-major capital projects and Tier 1 & 2 contractor opportunities using your market knowledge and expertise to identify their needs, positioning Aon as their risk and insurance partner of choice.
• Develop tailored revenue proposals using insights from similar clients and the full range of Aon services to ensure profitable, value‑adding propositions.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Broking, and international Aon offices to ensure seamless delivery against the agreed proposition.
• Shape and contribute to client service propositions, taking a leading role where required in customisation, quality control, and presentation materials.
• Work closely with Claims colleagues to build a strong, differentiated Claims proposition for each new client.
