Job summary

Reed, Brighton-based, is seeking a Client Manager to lead client delivery and develop the team within a growing practice. ACA/ACCA qualification required; you'll manage a portfolio of clients, nurture relationships and contribute to strategic growth.

You'll mentor trainees and junior staff, collaborate with directors, and help shape service delivery while pursuing leadership development and future partnership opportunities within the firm.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Experience in accountancy practice environment.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to mentor, develop and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of clients with high service standards.
• Support a Director by day-to-day portfolio management and client relationships.
