Job summary

Reed is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to own a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary contact. You will guide business owners on financial performance and strategic decisions while leading a team to deliver excellent service remotely.

Ideal candidates are ACA or ACCA qualified with practice experience and strong communication skills to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Fully remote role with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified preferred.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients within an accountancy practice.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and advice.
• Leading, mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Reviewing work to ensure accuracy and high-quality service delivery.
• Meeting with clients to review financial performance, KPIs and business objectives.
• Providing guidance on profitability, cash flow and business growth.
