By providing innovative technology, resources, and expert guidance, we help young people discover career paths that align with their skills and ambitions. The goal is not just about job placements; it's about fostering personal development, confidence, and a deeper understanding of career opportunities.

Our client works collaboratively with employers, educational institutions, and technology partners to create seamless pathways for students and to ensure that employers find the most qualified candidates for their needs.

Role Overview: Client Manager (Early Careers Recruitment)

As a Client Manager, you will play a central role in executing recruitment campaigns within the early careers space. This operational role is focused on the seamless delivery of recruitment processes, ensuring that both clients and candidates experience a high standard of service. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment campaigns, manage client relationships, and ensure a smooth pipeline from candidate attraction to successful hiring.

You will be expected to drive the recruitment process, ensuring operational excellence, and providing consistent reporting and insights to clients on the progress of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Lead weekly client calls, providing updates on campaign progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Maintain strong, transparent relationships with clients through effective operational delivery.
  • Support governance processes, including regular business reviews and performance assessments.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure all candidates have a positive, engaging, and inclusive experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Handle candidate communication, address queries, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Identify potential risks for candidate drop-offs and implement strategies to keep candidates engaged.

Operational Management of Recruitment Campaigns

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of recruitment campaigns, from launch to hire.
  • Take ownership of key processes such as candidate attraction, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate flow.
  • Produce regular reports, analysing campaign performance against key metrics like diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Use data to identify trends and risks, recommending adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Collaboration and Team Contribution

  • Work closely with the Client Delivery Centre to ensure resources are effectively allocated to campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance across marketing effectiveness, candidate throughput, and hiring success.
  • Ensure all documentation, reports, and trackers are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, focusing on continuous improvement and achieving exceptional results.
  • A team player who is motivated by collective success and willing to contribute beyond the immediate scope when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and seek support when necessary.
  • Professional and confident communication style, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to personal development, learning about the industry, products, and customer needs.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills, using data to inform recruitment decisions and strategies.
  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
