Service Management Group (SMG) in Bradford is seeking a Client Manager to join Morrisons Media Group, our in-house agency partnership with Morrisons, on a fixed-term contract. You will manage a portfolio of clients, deliver media campaigns, and lead a team to ensure smooth delivery from briefing to activation.

This fast-paced role combines hands-on campaign management with people leadership, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive approach.

Formación

• Experience leading teams and coaching direct reports.
• Proven track record managing marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee supplier media campaigns across Morrisons' on-site and off-site channels from brief to activation.
• Coach and develop direct reports, manage workloads and support performance.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure media plans, campaign reporting and reviews are accurate and high quality.
• Balance multiple campaigns and deadlines while following media principles and guidelines.
• Support business targets and senior leadership priorities.
