Job Description

1. Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary contact for accountancy and tax queries.
2. Possess sound knowledge of bookkeeping, double-entry systems, and journal entries.
3. Process quarterly VAT returns, management accounts, year-end accounts, and account reconciliations.
4. Assist with tax return compliance, including preparing, submitting, and reviewing individual and company tax returns, as well as final accounts preparation.
5. Handle queries from Inland Revenue and Companies House.
6. Provide financial analysis and forecasting, advising on potential issues, trends, and improvements.

The Successful Applicant

• ACCA or ACA qualified
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in practice
• Proficiency with various accounting software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
