Job summary

Digital Waffle in Central London (Hybrid) is seeking a commercially sharp Client Manager who becomes the go-to contact for day-to-day client needs, turning good relationships into valuable, long-term partnerships. You’ll plan work, focus on details, spot opportunities, and ensure the work handed over is the best we can deliver.

You will manage client relationships, lead reporting with weekly updates and monthly reviews, coordinate internal teams, and oversee briefs and ongoing work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
