Job summary

Twist Recruitment in London is seeking a proactive project delivery specialist to own end-to-end workstreams, coordinating Client Service, Creative, Strategy and Production teams to land work on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio, build project plans and trackers, brief teams clearly, and maintain tight feedback loops.

A strong client-facing presence and analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in an agency or creative environment (brand, design or packaging a plus).
• Ability to build project plans, timelines and trackers and manage resources.

• Spot risks early and propose practical solutions.

Location: London / Hybrid

The role

Part-organiser, part-relationship builder, you'll be the engine room of project delivery. You'll own projects and key workstreams from brief to final delivery, working closely with Client Service, Creative, Strategy and Production teams to land work on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

• Managing multiple projects end to end in a fast‑paced studio
• Building project plans, timelines and trackers, and lining up the right talent and resources
• Acting as a trusted day‑to‑day client contact and the link between internal teams and external partners
• Briefing creative and strategy teams clearly and keeping feedback loops tight
• Quality‑checking every deliverable before it reaches senior colleagues or clients
• Scoping, estimating and tracking budgets, and flagging changes to scope, timings or costs
• Spotting risks early and bringing solutions, not just problems
