Job summary

Homerun B.V. in the United Kingdom seeks a Client Manager to own day-to-day client relationships and drive value from engagements. You will plan work, attend to details, spot opportunities unseen by others, and ensure every delivery is the best we can produce.

As Client Manager, you'll be the person our clients are in touch with day-to-day, the one who turns a good relationship into a genuinely valuable one. You'll plan the work, sweat the details, spot the opportunity nobody else saw, and make sure every piece of work we hand over is the best we can deliver. If you're a curious, commercially sharp marketeer who likes being the person everyone relies on, this is your seat at the table.

Salary from £45,000

• You've got 5+ years working within an agency and you understand what makes clients tick and budgets balance.
• You're naturally curious. You ask why, and you dig for the insight that changes the plan.
• You can hold several workstreams in your head at once without dropping a deadline.
• You build trust fast, with clients and colleagues alike, and people come to you for a straight answer.
• You spot problems early and you'd rather solve them than **escalate** them, though you know when to ask for help.
• You care about the small things: the typo, the slide out of order, the number that doesn't add up.
• You think commercially and strategically at the same time, always with one eye on what the numbers mean for the client's business.
• You're resilient. When something goes wrong, and it will, you reset fast and get on with fixing it.
