Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Client Liaison Manager for Chertsey Parklands Care Home. You will drive the sales and marketing function within the home, ensuring daily operational efficiency and achievement of budget targets while optimising occupancy and revenue.

You will negotiate effectively, maintain professional communication, and build strong relationships with residents, relatives, and care influencers. A full UK driving licence is required and DBS checks are arranged by Avery.

Qualifications

• Ideally have a background in a previous sales position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales and marketing processes in the home and ensure the department operates effectively on a daily basis.
• Meet and exceed budget targets and maximise revenue for the home.
• Fill the home with the agreed client base and maintain strong occupancy.
• Handle general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues, residents and external channels.
• Maintain and grow the pipeline of potential members and forecast when they may become residents.
• Develop new contacts and maintain regular interaction with key care influences.
